SHIPPING:
- All orders are shipped within one to two working day except busy periods then it can be 2 to 3 working days.
- We also provide next day delivery (excluding weekends) if orders are placed before 11am.
- During busy periods this may be slightly longer.
- All images are securely packaged in a cardboard packet.
- Please note, we cannot change the address once this has been booked in.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, then the postage shall be deducted from any refund issued. We will also have to charge should we have to resend the item.
RETURNS:
- We pride ourselves on the quality of our images, however should you wish to return an item, and we accept returns strictly within 7 days of purchase.
- The item must be returned in the condition it was dispatched and in its original packaging. Please notify us before returning.
- All our prices include courier fees, therefore if you wish to return an item and it is NOT damaged, we can only refund you the cost of the print. We cannot refund the cost of the courier fees, which are £4.99.
- RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED, BUYER PAYS FOR POSTAGE, AND NEEDS TO BE IN SAME CONDITION AS DELIVERED
- We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post during return.

- Free delivery doesn't cover Northern Ireland and Highlands, all orders from Northern Ireland & Highlands may incur an additional fee for postage, dependent on postcode.
